Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other individual. Only the registered Account holder may make deposits, place bets, and request withdrawals.
You may not select a username that impersonates another person, contains offensive language, or infringes any third-party intellectual property rights. bdy108 reserves the right to require a change of username at its sole discretion.
Note: bdy108 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
bdy108 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with internationally recognized anti-money laundering (AML) standards. All Members must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal request will be processed.

bdy108 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
All Account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). bdy108 does not charge Members a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which bdy108 accepts no responsibility.
Important: Funds deposited into your bdy108 Account do not accrue interest. bdy108 holds Member funds in accounts separate from its own operational funds.
bdy108 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a 20x wagering requirement on a Rp 100.000 bonus requires Rp 2.000.000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — specific game contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms.
bdy108 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee returns regardless of outcome (arbitrage), using automated software to exploit promotional structures, and any other conduct designed to obtain bonuses unfairly. Where bonus abuse is identified, bdy108 reserves the right to void all bonuses, confiscate associated winnings, and permanently close the offending Account(s).
All bonuses carry an expiry date, after which unused bonus funds and any associated wagering progress will be forfeited automatically. Expiry periods are specified in each promotion's terms. bdy108 accepts no obligation to reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
A bet is only confirmed and binding once bdy108 has issued an explicit confirmation, typically in the form of a bet receipt or confirmation number displayed on-screen. bdy108 reserves the right to decline or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has commenced, bets placed at odds that were published erroneously, and bets placed in excess of applicable stake limits.
In the event that odds are published in error due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure, bdy108 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous odds and to offer settlement at the correct odds. bdy108 will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct such errors promptly.
bdy108's sportsbook covers domestic Indonesian leagues including the BRI Liga 1 (featuring Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, Bali United, and other clubs) as well as international competitions including the EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, Piala AFF, and FIFA World Cup qualifying. Bandar bola (sports bookmaking) markets including Asian Handicap, mix parlay (accumulator), Over/Under, and 1X2 are governed by the specific rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of bdy108.

Upon closure request, any Real Money Balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be refunded to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.
Upon Account closure, your license to use the Platform is revoked. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 8, 9, 12, and 14 — shall continue in full force and effect.
